Instant access after payment
Once your payment is confirmed, your purchase is added to your account. Digital products and bundles appear in your library, courses appear in the learning center, and licenses appear in your account.
How downloads work
Downloadable files are delivered through secure, time-limited links generated for your account. Links expire for your protection; you can request a new link at any time from your library.
Courses and memberships
Courses are delivered as online content in the learning center. Memberships unlock the access described on the product page for the duration of the membership term.
Receipts
A receipt is available in your order history after every purchase, and a copy is emailed to your account address when email delivery is available.
Delivery problems
If something you purchased does not appear or a download will not open, contact support from your account and we will make it right.
