Digital products are non-refundable after delivery
Because digital products, bundles, courses, licenses, and memberships are delivered immediately to your account, they are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or a download has been made available.
Verified delivery failures
If a purchased digital download cannot be delivered or accessed because of a verified platform failure that we cannot correct, contact support and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund for the affected item.
